Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has been accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) of the Indian government and is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. It offers 18 undergraduate and 13 graduate degrees, making it the engineering syllabus service with the widest variety. Eligibility Criteria for Admission in B.E Programs:

• A pass in the PUC/12th/10+2 or similar examination at the first try, with Physics and Mathematics as required subjects and English as one of the courses/languages.
• A pass in PUC/12th/10+2 or equivalent examination with 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics.
• Candidates from Karnataka’s SC, ST, and other underprivileged classes (Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) must receive a minimum of 40% overall in the optional subjects to be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in M.Tech Programs:

• The university’s 2-year M.Tech program offers a wide variety of specialities.
• Candidates must achieve a minimum average score of 50% in the relevant discipline at VTU, any other university, or any other examination that is similar.
• Candidates must have a passing score in either the PGCET or GATE.
• They must succeed in the B.E./B.Tech exam or similar test.
• They must take a written exam that the university will administer.

Admission under management quota for the first year of the 2023–2024 B.E. program Students who wish to apply for admission to the following B.E. program must visit the Hall of Admissions at the DSI Campus, Kumaraswamy Layout Bangalore, or send an email to admissions@dayanandasagar.edu requesting admission to the engineering program of their choice. Bring hard and soft copies of the documents listed below, and the management office will review them and provide you with advice.

• For Non-Karnataka Migration Certificate
• Submit one recent passport-size photograph with name & branch written on the back. Photocopy of Pan Card of Parents.
• Bring Three Set (03 Set) photocopies of above mentioned documents

There is all the modern facilities available at the college, including well-equipped teaching technology in its classrooms. There are also labs equipped with engineering instruments of the highest quality. In addition, there is Wi-Fi available almost everywhere on the college campus. There is a tennis court, a basketball court, and a football stadium on the college’s athletic fields. The campus is maintained very green and the food in the canteen is very good.
